At 4 IQ Services, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with all guest post services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a refund or replacement will be offered.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order only if we haven’t yet initiated outreach or content work.
  • Once we begin processing or content writing, cancellation is not permitted.

2. Refund Policy

  • No refund is offered once the guest post is published and the link is live.
  • If a guest post cannot be published for any reason (e.g., publisher rejection, niche mismatch), you will receive a full refund or the option to choose a replacement site.
  • If a live link goes down within 12 months of publishing and the issue is not resolved within 7 working days, we will offer:
    • A free replacement on a similar site, or
    • A full refund, if the replacement is declined.

3. Replacement Policy

  • We allow only one replacement request per order if:
    • The link becomes non-functional within the guaranteed 12-month period.
    • The post is removed or deleted by the publisher for reasons unrelated to your content quality or policy violations.

4. No Refund or Replacement Offered:

  • If the link goes down after 12 months of being live.
  • If the publisher removes the post due to spammy content, excessive links, or policy violations by the client.
  • If the client provides low-quality or plagiarized content, or fails to respond within the agreed timeline.

5. Disputes and Resolution

We recommend all refund or replacement issues be addressed directly by emailing us at info@thefouriq.com. Kindly provide your order number and a clear explanation of the issue. Our team will get back to you within 1-3 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks without giving us a chance to resolve the issue may lead to a permanent ban from our platform and reporting to relevant networks. Please always reach out to our support first.
